The qualification has been designed to provide the knowledge and competence for a learner to deal with emergency first aid situations in a forestry/agricultural environment.
The FAA Level 3 Award in Forestry First Aid (+F), is designed to accompany a suitable First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work qualification to enable a learner to meet the requirements of the Forestry Commission First Aid at Work Policy.
If learners need to satisfy the requirements of the Forestry Commission, information regarding acceptable first aid qualifications can be found in The Forestry Commission First Aid at Work Policy for those that work on our land.
Qualifications must be Ofqual regulated like this to meet specific requirements.
